Buckle up
and get ready to drive the best emotions of your vacation. Behind the wheel
of a Polaris RZR you'll tour the island's main road
and off-road trails. You go places only an off-road vehicle can take you. Enjoy
visiting the Mayan archeological ruins of San Gervasio, famous place of the
Goddess Ixchel where all Mayans crossed the ocean to pay homage. Drive your
own Polaris to the "Hacienda Antigua" and learn all about the agave process
and different kinds of Tequila. Continue around the island into the ecological
reserve of Punta Sur at the southern end of the island. You'll see crocodiles
and birds in their natural habitat. You'll also see and learn about
an ancient Mayan lighthouse, "El Caracol".
Deeper into the reserve you'll arrive at a pristine beach
for fantastic snorkeling followed by a Mexican lunch buffet. The island tour
will end in Historic Downtown Cozumel where you'll have free time to visit
the regions oldest town before you take the ferry back to Playa del Carmen.

The Meeting Point is located across the Cozumel Ferry Pier inside the Fat Tuesday Restaurant at 8:45 A.M. From Playa del Carmen, you must take the 8:00 A.M. ferry to Cozumel. The Playa del Carmen Ferry Pier is within walking distance from hotels in Playa del Carmen. If your hotel is in the Riviera Maya (between Cancun and Tulum), we recommend a taxi. You should consult your hotel's concierge for travel time and alternative transportation options.
